摘要新中国成立以来,中国共产党领导生产力发展经历了三个历史阶段的跃迁:以农业国向工业国转变为目标、以社会生产与人民物质文化需要相适应为目标、以解决不平衡不充分发展与人民日益增长的美好生活需要相适应为目标的三个生产力发展阶段。基于回顾中国共产党不断突破经济重围,推动生产力跃迁,创造发展奇迹这一艰难与辉煌的历史征途,透视不同发展背景下党的发展理念、施策逻辑等演进特征,从“指导理念、价值遵循、中心任务、基本方法、思想底色”等维度,总结出党始终坚持守正创新、人民至上等基本经验,明晰党在不同历史阶段发挥总揽全局、协调各方的作用,阐明党的领导是生产力发展的根本保证这一核心要义,旨在为未来生产力的深入推进提供发展信心。明确党将一以贯之为新质生产力形成与发展提供根本保证,为强国建设、民族复兴不懈奋斗。 Since the founding of New China,the development of the productive forces under the leadership of the Communist Party of China has experienced three historical stages:The stage of development of the productive forces with the goal of transforming an agricultural country into an industrial one;the stage of development of the productive forces with the goal of adapting social production to the ever of the people;and the stage of development of the productive forces with the goal of addressing unbalanced and inadequate development to the ever needs of the people for a better life.Based on sorting out the difficult and brilliant historical journey of the CPC to constantly break through economic tight encirclement,promote the leap of productivity,and create a miracle of development,this paper examines the evolution characteristics of the Party’s development philosophy and strategy logic under different development backgrounds.From the dimensions of“guiding philosophy,value adherence,central tasks,key elements,basic methods,self,and ideological background”,this paper summarizes the basic experience of the Party’s adherence to integrity and innovation,the supremacy of the people and other basic experiences,clarifies the role of the CPC in taking the overall situation and coordinating all parties in different historical stages,and clarifies the core meaning that the Party’s leadership is the fundamental guarantee for the development of productivity,aiming to provide development confidence for the in It is clear that the CPC will continue to provide a fundamental guarantee for the formation and development of new quality productive forces,and make unremitting efforts to realize the socialist modernization and national rejuvenation.
