摘要
创新生态系统研究的逐步兴起表明,创新范式已开始新一轮变革、转换与升级,从工程化、机械式的创新体系逐步转为生态化、有机式的创新生态系统。基于国际视角,主动培育与发展创新生态系统已陆续成为世界各国抢占科技制高点,进而提升经济增长质量的重要突破口。中关村创新生态系统与硅谷创新生态系统虽在重点发展领域、人才互动网络以及社会服务与基础设施支撑体系方面具有相似性,但两者在开放程度、创新程度、介入程度以及体系完善程度四方面存在较为明显的差异。为促进中关村创新生态系统的转型升级,应在人才、知识、创新、产业、政策领域加强与硅谷创新生态系统的合作。
The gradually rising of the innovation ecosystem research shows that innovation paradigm has begun a new round of change, transformation and upgrading, which ranges from engineering, mechanical innovation system to ecological innovation and organic type ecosystem. From the perspective of the international scale, actively cultivating and developing innovative ecological system has gradually become the important breakthrough for the world's countries taking the commanding heights of science and technology as well as raising the quality of economic growth. Although there are many similar points between Z-park and silicon valley such as the key development areas, talent interactive network, social services and infrastructure. Yet, there are also four evident differences, specifically, the degree of openness, innovation, the degree of intervention levels and improved system. In the future, in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of Z-park innovation ecosystem, Z-park should strengthen cooperation with silicon valley in the area of talent, knowledge, innovation, industry and policy.
