摘要
系统分析了数字化转型对电子文件归档的影响,并归纳了传统归档工作面临的困境。在此基础上,从全生命周期管理、智能化技术应用、大数据赋能等角度,提出了电子文件归档方法创新路径。同时,针对数字化环境下电子文件归档所面临的新问题和新需求,从标准规范构建、工作流程优化、人才队伍建设、法治保障完善等方面,提出了相应的优化策略。
This paper systematically analyzes the impact of digital transformation on electronic records filing,and summarizes the difficulties faced by traditional filing work.On this basis,from the perspective of whole life cycle management,intelligent technology application,big data empowerment,the paper puts forward the innovation path of electronic records filling archiving method.At the same time,according to the new problems and demands of electronic records filling under the digital environment,the corresponding optimization countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of standards,process optimization,talent construction,legal protection and so on.
