5种植物精油两两复配对白纹伊蚊的驱避效果及成分分析

摘要 目的测定5种植物精油两两复配对白纹伊蚊驱避活性并进行成分分析。方法选取5种驱避效果较好的植物精油(10%浓度)进行两两复配(按照体积2∶1、1∶2、1∶1),观察复配后混合精油对白纹伊蚊的驱蚊效果,利用最佳组合与市场驱蚊产品进行趋避效果对比,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(gas chromatography-mass spectrography,GC-MS)技术对复方及单方精油进行成分分析。结果5种10%浓度植物精油两两复配后对白纹伊蚊均有不同程度的驱避作用,最佳组合1∶2体积比例的香茅和丁香罗勒复配精油有效保护率达到99.67%;市场常见的驱蚊产品中,花露水有效保护率为99.46%,精油驱蚊手环及驱蚊贴平均有效保护率为98.58%和14.38%,10%避蚊胺平均有效保护率为99.85%;复配精油驱蚊效果与3种市场驱蚊产品(驱蚊贴除外)基本一致(P>0.05);GC-MS检测结果显示,复配精油主要成分为丁香酚,比对单方精油成分后确认来源于丁香罗勒,其次有香茅醛、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯及香叶醇等来源于香茅精油。结论1∶2体积比例的10%香茅和10%丁香罗勒复方混配的植物精油具有较好的驱蚊效果,GC-MS检测其主要物质为丁香酚。 Objective To determine the repellent activity of compounded oils derived by pairing 5 plant essential oils against Aedes albopictus and component analysis.Methods Five kinds of plant essential oils with good repellent effect(10%concentration)were selected for pairwise blending(at the ratios of 2∶1,1∶2,1∶1 in volume,respectively).The repellent effects of the compounded oils on Aedes albopictus were observed.The best combination was compared with marketed mosquito repellent products.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to analyze the components of the compound essential oils and single essential oil.Results Five kinds of 10%concentration plant essential oils had different degrees of repellent effects on Aedes albopictus after blending.The effective protection rate in the best combination reached 99.67%,in which citronella and clove basil were blended at a ratio of 1∶2.In common marketed mosquito repellent products,the effective protection rate of floral water was 99.46%,and the average effective protection rates of essential oil mosquito repellent bracelets and patches were 98.58%and 14.38%,respectively.The average effective protection rate of 10%DEET was 99.85%.Mosquito repellent effect of the compounded essential oils was basically the same as the effects of three market mosquito repellent products(excluding mosquito repellent stickers)(P>0.05).GC-MS detection results showed that the main component of the compounded essential oils was eugenol,which was confirmed to be derived from clove basil after aligning with the components of individual essential oil,followed by citronellal,diethyl phthalate and geraniol etc.,derived from citronella essential oil.Conclusion The compounded essential oil of 10%citronella and 10%clove basil at a ratio of 1∶2 has a good mosquito repellent effect,and GC-MS detection shows that the main component is eugenol.
