摘要
目的了解石嘴山淡色库蚊种群密度、分布、季节消长动态和对4种常用杀虫剂的抗性情况,为指导防治工作提供科学依据。方法蚊虫种群动态监测采用诱蚊灯法,抗药性监测采用幼虫浸渍法。结果淡色库蚊为本地优势蚊种,活动高峰期为7—8月,活动密度高发区在养殖场,蚊密度为20.95只/(灯·夜)。高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、双硫磷和残杀威对淡色库蚊幼蚊的LC_(50)分别为0.00311、0.00113、0.00026和0.03160 mg/L,淡色库蚊幼蚊对4种杀虫剂产生的抗性倍数分别为0.8、2.3、0.5和0.3倍。结论石嘴山市淡色库蚊密度消长具有明显的季节性,对4种杀虫剂敏感。
Objective To understand the population densities,distribution,seasonal dynamics and resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to four insecticides in Shizuishan City,and provide scientific basis for guiding mosquito control.Methods Lamp lure traps were used to monitor the population dynamics of Culex pipiens pallens and larvae impregnation method was used to determine insecticide resistance.Results Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species in Shizuishan City,most active in July and August.The highest density of 20.95 insects per lamp in an hour,took place in the farm.The LC_(50)s of beta cypermethrin,deltamethrin,dithion and propoxur to Culex pipiens pallens larvae were 0.00311,0.00113,0.00026 and 0.03160 mg/L,showing 0.8,2.3,0.5 and 0.3 folds resistance developed to those insecticides respectively.Conclusion Obvious seasonality was observed in the density dynamics of Culex pipiens pallens,and Culex pipiens pallens larvae were susceptible to the four insecticides tested.
