新工科需求驱动下的《交通管理与控制》课程建设探究

摘要 深入剖析《交通管理与控制》课程存在的具体问题,从强化实践能力培养、融入前沿技术学习、促进复合人才培育3个维度出发,提出系统性的改革思路。通过构建“线上+线下”相融合的课程教学平台,设计分层级、递进式的项目实战平台,搭建校内外协同、产学研结合的育人平台,以及改进课程评估机制等具体措施,全面完善该课程的理论教学体系、实践教学体系与创新应用体系。本研究旨在通过这些课程改革与建设举措,提升《交通管理与控制》课程的教学质量与效果,积极响应新工科背景下的教学改革需求,为交通工程专业及相关学科的人才培养与学术交流提供有力支撑。 This text provides a detailed analysis of the specific issues present in the“Traffic Management and Control”course.It proposes a systematic reform approach from three dimensions:strengthening the cultivation of practical abilities,integrating the learning of cutting-edge technologies,and promoting the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents.By constructing a blended online and offline course teaching platform,designing a hierarchical and progressive project combat platform,building an educational platform that combines internal and external collaboration with industry-academia-research integration,and improving the course evaluation mechanism,the theoretical teaching system,practical teaching system,and innovative application system of the course are comprehensively enhanced.This research aims to improve the teaching quality and effectiveness of the“Traffic Management and Control”course through these curriculum reforms and construction measures,actively respond to the teaching reform needs under the new engineering background,and provide strong support for talent cultivation and academic exchange in the traffic engineering major and related disciplines.
