摘要
新中国成立初期卫生健康事业发展,具有里程碑意义。这一时期,党中央把卫生、防疫和一般医疗工作看作一项重大政治任务,广泛开展社会动员,推动卫生工作与群众运动相结合,把医疗卫生工作的重点放到农村,健全卫生防疫体系,完善公共卫生事件应急举措,这些探索为新时代我国发展卫生健康事业提供了宝贵经验。在新的历史条件下推进我国卫生健康事业实现新发展,需要坚持党对深化医药卫生体制改革的全面领导,坚持人民性价值取向,充分发挥人民群众的主体力量,实施健康优先发展战略,健全公共卫生体系,深化国际医疗合作,构建人类卫生健康共同体。
The practice of healthcare development in the early days of New China marks an important milestone.During this period,the CPC Central Committee regarded public health,epidemic prevention and general medical work as a major political task,extensively carrying out social mobilization to promote the combination of public health and mass movement,focusing medical and healthcare work on rural areas,and improving healthcare systems,epidemic prevention and control,and emergency measures for public health incidents.These explorations have provided valuable experience and insights for developing healthcare services in China in the new era.To promote the new development of China’s healthcare services under the new historical conditions,it is necessary to adhere to the CPC’s overall leadership in deepening the reform of the medical and healthcare system,uphold the people centered orientation,give full play to the role of the people as the main force,implement the development strategy of prioritizing public health to promote the soundness of the public health system,and deepen international medical cooperation to build a community of health care for mankind.
