加强科学教育赋能青少年科学素养提升路径与策略研究

Research on Pathways and Strategies of Enhancing Science Education to Empower Adolescents'Science Literacy

摘要 教育是实现科教兴国的基础,要提高青少年科学素养,实现科技创新,就必须提升教师的科学素养。师范类院校及师范专业作为培养教师的摇篮,必然在其中发挥至关重要的作用。目前,我国师范院校科学教育体系仍面临课程结构失衡、实践平台室内设计滞后、师资力量薄弱、监测机制缺失等突出问题。应当通过重构“基础科学+教育理论+跨学科实践”三维课程体系;加强教学空间的功能性、交互性与情境性;实施“双师型”教师引进计划;建立“四维评价”标准并完善质量监测体系等举措来建设高质量科学教育体系。 Education serves as the foundation for revitalizing the nation through science and education.To enhance science literacy among adolescents and achieve technological innovation,it is imperative to elevate the science literacy of teachers.As the cradle of teacher cultivation,normal universities and education-related majors play a pivotal role in this mission.The current science education system in China's normal universities continues to confront prominent challenges including structural imbalance of curriculum design,outdated interior design of practical platforms,insufficient faculty,and inadequate monitoring mechanisms.To establish a high-quality science education framework,strategic interventions should be implemented through:1)reconstructing a three-dimensional curriculum system integrating basic science,pedagogical theories,and interdisciplinary practice;2)optimizing educational spaces through functional enhancement,interactive design,and contextualized simulation;3)executing a dual-qualification initiative for faculty recruitment;and 4)developing a“four-dimensional evaluation”standard and improve quality monitoring mechanism system,contributing to building a high-quality science education framework.
