摘要
习近平总书记关于科学教育的重要论述是新时代科学教育高质量开展的指导思想和根本遵循。运用综合集成法,深入学习和研究后发现,习近平总书记关于科学教育的重要论述主要体现为科学教育内容、科学教育途径和科学教育主体三个方面,构成了科学教育的本体论、方法论和主体论的“三论体系”,深刻体现了对科学教育规律与实践的洞察和把握。科学教育本体内容涉及多个领域,囊括自然科学技术、人文社会科学、创新创业能力和思想政治意识。高效实施科学教育要推进“四个优化”,即优化教育组织管理、人才队伍制度、项目运行机制、科学环境氛围,这构成了科学教育的方法论。目的与方法的有效结合有赖于人,也就是科学教育的主体论,这要求党委和政府统筹,部门协同推进;两院和两科结合,加强联动引领;学校作为主阵地,发挥主要作用;学校与企业合作,产学融合育人。
General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourse on science education is the guiding ideology and fundamental principle for the high-quality development of science education in the new era.Through a comprehensive integration approach,after in-depth study and research,it was found that General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourse on science education is mainly reflected in three aspects:the content of science education,the methods of science education,and the subject of science education,forming the“three theory system”of ontology,methodology,and subject theory of science education,which deeply reflects the insight and grasp of the laws and practices of science education.The ontology of science education involves multiple fields,including natural science and technology,humanities and social sciences,innovation and entrepreneurship abilities,and ideological and political consciousness.Efficient implementation of science education requires promoting the“four optimizations”,namely optimizing educational organization and management,talent team system,project operation mechanism,and scientific environment atmosphere,which constitute the methodology of science education.The effective combination of purpose and method depends on human beings,which is the subjectivity of scientific education.This requires the Party committee and government to coordinate and coordinate with departments to promote;Combining the two academies and departments,strengthening linkage and leadership;As the main battlefield,schools play a major role;Collaboration between schools and enterprises,integrating industry and education to cultivate students.
