摘要
分析经阴道三维超声检查用于不同类型先天子宫畸形诊断中的准确性。选取2023年1月1日-2024年8月30日期间在玉林市中医医院初步诊断为先天子宫畸形的156例患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行经阴道二维及三维超声检查,并以宫腔镜检查作为“金标准”,对比不同检查方式在不同类型先天子宫畸形诊断中的价值。研究结果显示,宫腔镜共检出122例畸形、34例正常,经阴道三维超声共检出119例畸形、37例正常,经阴道二维超声共检出98例畸形、58例正常,经阴道三维超声与经阴道二维超声在诊断效能方面存在显著差异;经阴道三维超声对不同类型的先天子宫畸形的诊断符合率显著高于经阴道二维超声(P<0.05)。研究发现,经阴道三维超声检查对不同类型的先天子宫畸形的诊断价值和准确性更高,可作为诊断先天子宫畸形的首选检查方案,值得临床借鉴。
To analyze the accuracy of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of different types of congenital uterine malformations.A total of 156 patients who were initially diagnosed with congenital uterine malformations in Yulin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 1,2023,to August 30,2024,were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent transvaginal two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound examinations,and hysteroscopy was used as the"gold standard"to compare the values of different examination methods in the diagnosis of different types of congenital uterine malformations.The research results showed that hysteroscopy detected 122 cases of malformations and 34 cases of normal conditions.Transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasounddetected 119 cases of malformations and37 cases of normal conditions,and transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound detected 98 cases of malformations and 58 cases of normal conditions.There was a significant difference in diagnostic efficacy between transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound and transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound.The coincidence rate of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of different types of congenital uterine malformations was significantly higher than that of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound(P<0.05).The study found that transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound has higher diagnostic value and accuracy for different types of congenital uterine malformations.It can be used as the preferred examination method for the diagnosis of congenital uterine malformations and is worthy of clinical reference.
