摘要
【目的/意义】围绕档案数据质量治理流程,探索档案数据质量治理方法与模式,丰富档案数据质量治理内涵。【方法/过程】基于PDCA模型,从质量治理计划、执行、检查、改进四个方面对档案数据质量治理过程进行分析,形成档案数据质量治理路径。【结果/结论】PDCA模型为档案数据质量治理提供了新路径,通过全流程治理、循环治理提升档案数据质量,实现档案数据质量善治。【创新/局限】构建了档案数据质量治理模式,对指导档案数据质量治理实践具有一定意义;后续可进一步加强基于PDCA模型的档案数据质量治理实证分析。
【Purpose/significance】Focusing on the process of archival data quality governance,the paper explores the methods and models of archival data quality governance to enrich the connotation of archival data quality governance.【Method/process】Based on the PDCA model,the paper analyzes the process of archival data quality governance from four aspects:plan,execution,inspection and improvement,and then forms the path of archival data quality governance.【Result/conclusion】The PDCA model provides a new path for the governance of archive data quality,improves the quality of archive data through the whole process governance and circular governance,and realizes the good governance of archive data quality.【Innovation/limitation】The paper proposes a governance model for archival data quality,which can guide the practice of archival data quality governance,and the empirical analysis of archival data quality governance based on PDCA model can be further strengthened.
