摘要
在电厂锅炉的运行中,水化学处理起着至关重要的作用,它直接关系到锅炉的安全、效率以及运行寿命。锅炉水中的化学物质若处理不当,会引起各种腐蚀问题。文章系统地探讨了电厂锅炉水化学处理中腐蚀的基本机理,重点分析了锅炉水质及水处理化学品对腐蚀的影响,并详细描述了腐蚀防控的策略,包括水质控制和化学品使用等。通过对相关案例进行分析,文章总结了实际操作中的效果与经验,为锅炉水化学处理中的腐蚀问题提供了一系列科学的防控措施。
In the operation of the power plant boiler,hydrochemical treatment plays a vital role,which is directly related to the safety,efficiency and operation life of the boiler.If the chemicals in the boiler water are not handled properly,they will cause various corrosion problems.This paper systematically discusses the basic mechanism of corrosion in water chemical treatment of power plant boilers,focuses on the analysis of boiler water quality and the impact of water treatment chemicals on corrosion,and describes the corrosion control strategies,including water quality control and chemicals use etc.By analyzing relevant cases,the effectiveness and experience in practical operation have been summarized,providing a series of scientific prevention and control measures for corrosion problems in boiler water chemical treatment.
