摘要
换热器作为化工生产领域常用的热能交换设备之一,对于延长设备使用寿命、助力化工生产顺利开展等至关重要。然而,由于该设备应用于高温、复杂环境中,在其实际应用当中极易受到各种因素的影响而出现腐蚀问题,轻则损毁换热器设备,重则造成巨大的经济损失,并严重阻碍化工产业的发展步伐。基于此,本文首先针对化工换热器进行概述,并简述了腐蚀防控的重要意义,后重点针对化工换热器常见腐蚀问题提出几点切实可行的防控建议,仅供参考。
Heat exchangers are one of the commonly used thermal energy exchange equipment in the field of chemical production,which are crucial for extending the service life of equipment and facilitating the smooth development of chemical production.However,due to the application of this equipment in high-temperature and complex environments,it is highly susceptible to corrosion issues caused by various factors in practical applications.Minor corrosion can damage the heat exchanger equipment,while severe corrosion can cause significant economic losses and seriously hinder the development of the chemical industry.Based on this,this article first provides an overview of chemical heat exchangers and briefly discusses the significance of corrosion prevention and control.Then,it focuses on proposing several practical prevention and control suggestions for common corrosion issues in chemical heat exchangers for reference only.
