高职院校学前教育专业人才培养模式改革研究

摘要 教育是社会发展的引擎和民族复兴的基石,具有举足轻重的责任与使命。面对全球化、信息化、知识化的潮流,高职院校学前教育专业迫切需要创新人才培养模式,以应对日益复杂多变的社会需求和挑战。为适应时代发展需求,高职院校要深化课程改革、优化教学方法、强化实践环节,并注重培养学生的创新精神和跨学科综合能力,使他们成为具有创新能力、国际视野和社会责任感的时代新人。 Education is the engine of social development and the cornerstone of national rejuvenation,with a crucial responsibility and mission.Faced with the trends of globalization,informatization,and knowledge-based education,vocational colleges urgently need to innovate their talent training models for preschool education majors to meet the increasingly complex and changing social demands and challenges.In order to meet the needs of the times,vocational colleges should deepen curriculum reform,optimize teaching methods,strengthen practical activities,and focus on cultivating students'innovative spirit and interdisciplinary comprehensive ability,so that they can become the new generation of the times with innovative ability,international vision,and social responsibility.
