摘要
当前信息化社会背景下,高校教师数字素养的提升对提高教学质量和效率具有重要意义,高校教师不仅要熟练掌握现代信息技术手段,还要能够将这些技术手段灵活有效地应用到日常教学活动中,以满足学生学习和社会发展需求。高校可以从提升数字化教学资源的推行力,了解前沿技术、与数字化市场接轨,开展创新型技术培训三个方面入手,提高教师的数字素养,推动教育数字化转型,促进高校专业教学质量的不断提升。
In the context of the current information society,the improvement of digital literacy among university teachers is of great significance for improving teaching quality and efficiency.University teachers not only need to be proficient in modern information technology,but also able to flexibly and effectively apply these technological means to daily teaching activities to meet the needs of student learning and social development.Universities can start from three aspects:enhancing the promotion of digital teaching resources,understanding cutting-edge technologies,aligning with the digital market,conducting innovative technology training.This will improve teachers'digital literacy,promote the digital transformation of education,and continuously improve the quality of professional teaching in universities.
