摘要
【目的/意义】对数字阅读用户持续使用意愿进行研究,有助于全民阅读推广活动的持续开展,助力提升全社会文明程度。【方法/过程】文章通过扎根理论提取数字阅读用户持续使用意愿的影响因素,采用定性比较分析的方法,从数据中识别影响数字阅读用户持续使用意愿的因素组合路径。【结果/结论】研究结果表明,满足用户精神需求是数字阅读行为的主要动因,阅读成本则存在一定的负面影响。【创新/局限】样本采集尚没有覆盖到全社会层面更广泛的用户,未来的研究工作将进一步扩大样本范围,从更全面、更深入的视角洞察数字阅读用户持续使用意愿的影响因素。
【Purpose/significance】The research on the continuous use intention of digital reading users is conducive to the continuous development of national reading promotion activities and the promotion of social civilization.【Method/process】This article extracts the influencing factors of digital reading users′continuous use intention through grounded theory,and uses the method of qualitative comparative analysis to identify the combination path of factors affecting digital reading users′continuous use intention from the data.【Result/conclusion】The results show that satisfying users′spiritual needs is the main motivation of digital reading behavior;There are some negative impacts from reading cost.【Innovation/limitation】The sample collection has not yet been expanded to a wider range of users at the social level.Future research will further expand the scope of the sample,and gain a more comprehensive and in-depth insight into the influencing factors of the continuous use intention of digital reading users.
