在线健康社区中用户忠诚度的影响因素研究:从信息系统成功与社会支持的角度 被引量:40

A Study on Factors Affecting Online Health Communities Members' Loyalty from a Perspective of IS Success and Social Support

摘要 由于互联网技术的推进,在线健康社区已经成为人们自我保健的一种重要媒介。本文基于信息系统成功模型与社会支持的角度,研究了影响在线健康社区用户忠诚度的关键因素。模型假设在线健康社区的网站质量和社会支持通过用户满意度和社区归属感影响用户忠诚度。根据获得的271份有效调查问卷,使用SPSS20.0和AMOS20.0检验所提出的假设。研究发现,系统质量、信息质量对用户满意度有显著影响,评价支持和情感支持对用户的社区归属感有显著影响。用户的满意度和社区归属感共同决定用户的忠诚度。 OHCs (Online Health Communities), accelerated by the advancement in internet technology, have emerged as a medium for consumer self-healthcare management. This paper study the critical factors affecting OHCs Members' Loyalty from a perspective of IS success model and social support. We assume OHCs' quality and social support as the critical success factor influences member loyalty through member satisfaction and a sense of belonging. Through analysis of 271 val- id questionnaires by SPSS20.0 and AMOS 20.0 software, this paper tests hypotheses. The results show that the system quali- ty and information quality have significant impact on member satisfaction, appraisal support and emotional support have sig- nificant impact on a sense of belonging. Member satisfaction and sense of belonging together determine member loyalty.
