摘要
为研究多腔消声器中回流扩张室结构参数对消声器声学特性的影响。利用LMS. Virtual Lab软件对消声器模型仿真求解,并通过实验验证仿真结果的准确性。采用隔板将回流扩张室分成3个腔室,分析其结构参数对消声器声学特性的影响。结果表明:扩张腔Ⅱ高度升高,降低低频段传递损失,提高窄频和中高频段传递损失,且每升高3mm,窄频段范围拓宽30 Hz;腔室间连接通孔直径变大,传递损失曲线向高频方向偏移,且消声能力降低;消声器进出口间隔板位置变化对消声频段范围影响较小,但传递损失峰值变化需要综合考虑回流扩张室中各腔室结构对消声特性的影响;内插管长度每增加5 mm,消声宽频范围缩短40 Hz左右。通过正交试验获取较优参数组合,与原消声器传递损失对比,消声器在500~3 000 Hz频段内平均传递损失可提高1.99倍。
To investigate the influence of structural parameters of the reflux expansion chamber on the acoustic characteristics of a multi-chamber muffler,LMS.Virtual Lab software was used for simulation of the muffler model,and the accuracy of the simulation results was validated through experiments.By using baffles to divide the reflux expansion chamber into three chambers,the effect of structural parameters on the acoustic characteristics of the muffler was analyzed.The results show that increasing the height of expansion chamber II can reduce the low-frequency transmission loss,increase the narrowband and mid-high-frequency transmission loss,and widen the narrow-band range by 30 Hz for every 3 mm increase in height.Increasing the diameter of the connecting through-hole between chambers can shift the transmission loss curve towards high frequency side but reduce the noise reduction capability.The variation of the position of the baffle between the inlet and outlet of the muffler has a small impact on the frequency range,but the peak value variation of the transmission loss depends on the effect of the structure of each chamber in the reflux expansion chamber on the noise reduction characteristics.Increasing the length of the insert tube by 5 mm shortens the wide-frequency range by about 40 Hz.An optimal combination of parameters was obtained through orthogonal experiments.A comparison of the transmission loss of the muffler with the original one shows that the average transmission loss in the frequency range of 500-3000 Hz increases by 1.99 times.
