基于正交试验的斜流泵改造能量特性优化研究

摘要 为探究斜流泵抽水蓄能化改造的可行性,研究其叶轮参数对水泵工况和水轮机工况下能量特性的影响,对某型斜流泵进行改造和数值模拟。应用L9(34)正交表,选取转轮进、出口角、包角和叶片数4个参数,指标设定为水泵工况效率和扬程及水轮机工况效率,进行4因素3水平的正交优化,再通过极差分析研究各因素对性能的影响,通过数值模拟分析改造及优化前后的内外特性。结果表明,叶片出口角对抽水和发电工况的效率影响最大。优化后的模型提高了能量特性,水泵工况效率提高了0.816%,水轮机工况效率提高0.82%,且优化后的内特性有一定程度的改善,水轮机工况下的空化性能更好,表明对斜流泵进行抽水蓄能化改造是可行的。该研究为斜流泵的进一步抽水蓄能化改造提供了借鉴和支持。 In order to explore the feasibility of pumped storage transformation of an oblique flow pump and study the influence of impeller parameters on the energy characteristics of the pump and turbine,an oblique flow pump was transformed and numerically simulated.The L9(34)orthogonal table was applied to select four parameters of runner inlet and outlet angle,envelope angle and blade number.The index was set as pump working efficiency,lift and turbine working efficiency.Orthogonal optimization of four factors and three levels was carried out.Then,the influence of each factor on performance was studied through range analysis.The internal and external characteristics before and after transformation and optimization were analyzed through numerical simulation.The results show that the blade outlet angle has the greatest influence on the efficiency of pumping and power generation.The optimized model improves the energy characteristics,the pump working efficiency is increased by 0.816%,the turbine working efficiency is increased by 0.82%,and the internal characteristics of the optimized model are improved to a certain extent,and the cavitation performance of the hydraulic turbine working condition is better,indicating that the pumped storage transformation of the inclined flow pump is feasible.This study can provide reference and support for the further pumped storage transformation of inclined flow pumps.
