摘要
脑动脉粥样硬化(CAS)是脑部血管损伤致使血管壁内粥样斑块沉积,并导致神经元功能异常的神经系统疾病。本文以“精-气-脉-神”一体生命轴为理论基础,指出CAS的根本病机为精气虚损、髓消神昏,痰瘀互结、损脉伤神,临证当以补精益气、化痰祛瘀为法,以恢复“精-气-脉-神”一体生命轴,维持机体正常生理功能。
Cerebral atherosclerosis(CAS)is a neurological disorder characterized by damage to cerebral blood vessels,leading to the deposition of atheromatous plaques within the vessel walls and affecting neuronal function.Based on the theoretical framework of the"Essence-Qi-Pulse-Spirit"integrated life axis,this article points out that the fundamental pathogenesis of CAS involves deficiency of essence and Qi,bone marrow exhaustion and mental confusion,intermingling of phlegm and blood stasis,and impairment of meridians and spirit.In clinical practice,the treatment should nourish essence and replenish Qi,resolve phlegm and eliminate blood stasis,thereby revitalizing the"Essence-Qi-Pulse-Spirit"integrated life axis and maintaining normal physiological function of the body.
