摘要
基于自我决定理论,采用结构方程模型,以青海地区高校大学生为研究对象,探究自我认知对大学生就业意愿的影响。研究结果表明:自主性对大学生就业意愿没有显著影响,对环境感知的影响程度也较低;而人际关系、个人能力则正向显著的作用于环境感知,并同时影响大学生的就业意愿。其结果揭示了自我认知各维度在大学生就业意愿形成过程中所发挥的不同作用,为增强大学生就业意愿,缓解高校毕业生“慢就业”现象提供了重要的理论支撑。
Based on self-determination theory,employing structural equation modeling,this study investigates the impact of self-perception on college students' employment intentions,using students from universities in Qinghai as the research sample.The results indicate that autonomy has no significant impact on students' employment intentions and only has a limited effect on environmental perception.In contrast,interpersonal relationships and personal competence have a significant positive effect on environmental perception,while also directly influencing students' employment intentions.These findings reveal the varying roles of different dimensions of self-perception in the formation of college students' employment intentions,providing important theoretical support for enhancing their employment motivation and addressing the phenomenon of "delayed employment" among university graduates.
