摘要 旨在探索振动领域专利申请文件的撰写和创造性答复。首先,介绍了振动领域技术方案的特点,包括系统的耦合性和不同部件之间的振动相互作用。接着,阐述了振动产品中常见的振动特性,如振动频率和阻尼等;进一步探讨了以振动分析为基础的权利要求和说明书的撰写方法,并强调了从振动特性出发,利用振动力学知识推导技术问题和解决技术问题所达到的技术效果。最后,为应对可能的审查意见提供了参考,指出可以利用振动模型进行定量或定性分析,以论证技术方案的创造性。 This study aims to explore the drafting and inventive responses in patent applications in the field of vibration.Firstly,the characteristics of technical solutions in the vibration field are introduced,including the coupling of systems and the vibration interactions between different components.Subsequently,common vibration characteristics in vibration products such as vibration frequency and damping are discussed.Furthermore,the drafting methods for claims and specifications based on vibration analysis are explored,emphasizing the derivation of technical problems and the achievement of technical effects by utilizing vibration mechanics knowledge starting from vibration characteristics.Finally,references are provided for responding to potential examination opinions,and this article also indicates the use of vibration models for quantitative or qualitative analysis to demonstrate the inventiveness of the technical solutions.
