摘要
目的:分析处方前置审核系统在社区卫生服务中心处方管理中的应用效果。方法:抽取2023年11月—2024年4月北京市丰台区青塔街道社区卫生服务中心药剂科开具的处方109756张作为对照组,采用人工处方审核模式进行管理;抽取2024年5—10月开具的处方113248张作为观察组,在对照组基础上应用处方前置审核系统进行管理。比较两组管理效果。结果:观察组不合理处方发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组处方取药等待时间、处方审核用时短于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:处方前置审核系统在社区卫生服务中心处方管理中的应用效果显著,可提高处方开具合格率与处方审核效率。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of the Prescription Pre-Review System in the prescription management of community health service centers.Methods:A total of 109756 prescriptions issued by the Department of Pharmacy,Beijing Fengtai District Qingta Subdistrict Community Health Service Center from November 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the control group,which were managed by manual prescription review mode.A total of 113248 prescriptions issued from May to October 2024 were selected as the observation group,and the Prescription Pre-Review System was applied on the basis of the control group for management.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of irrational prescriptions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The waiting time for prescription dispensing and the time for prescription review in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of the Prescription Pre-Review System in the prescription management of community health service centers is significant,which can improve the qualified rate of prescription issuance and the efficiency of prescription review.
