摘要
目的:观察复方益母片口服结合中药熏洗辅治产后子宫恢复不良的效果。方法:150例分为对照组和观察组各75例。两组均用缩宫素治疗,观察组加服复方益母片及中药熏洗。结果:治疗后两组子宫体积均缩小(P<0.05),宫底高度均降低(P<0.05),产后出血量均减少(P<0.05),且观察组子宫恢复程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组二便恢复时间、血性恶露持续时间、腹痛持续时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),且腹痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组产后不良反应发生情况无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:复方益母片口服结合中药熏洗辅治产后子宫恢复不良可提高疗效。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Compound Yimu Tablet(CYT)by oral administration combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing in the adjuvant treatment of poor postpartum uterine recovery.Methods:A total of 150 patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 75 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with oxytocin,and the observation group additionally received CYT by oral administration combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing.Results:After treatment,uterine volume decreased(P<0.05),fundal height reduced(P<0.05),and postpartum bleeding decreased(P<0.05)in both groups,with the observation group showing superior uterine recovery compared to the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel and bladder function,duration of lochia,and duration of abdominal pain were shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the severity of abdominal pain was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of postpartum adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of CYT by oral administration and Chinese herbal fumigation and washing could improve the efficacy of adjuvant treatment for poor postpartum uterine recovery.
