摘要
目的:观察整脊手法结合中药熏洗治疗产后腰痛的效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将60例产后腰痛患者分为研究组和对照组各30例,对照组患者采用中药熏洗法进行治疗,研究组患者采用整脊手法联合中药熏洗治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前、治疗1周、治疗2周、治疗3周后VAS评分、JOA评分差异,治疗2个月后随访复发率。结果:治疗前两组患者VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1周、2周、3周后,两组患者VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05),且研究组患者VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者JOA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1周、2周、3周后,两组患者JOA评分均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05),研究组患者治疗2周、3周后JOA评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者总有效率(93.3%)显著高于对照组总有效率(83.5%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);疗程结束2个月后随访,研究组患者复发率(6.7%)显著低于对照组(26.7%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整脊手法结合中药熏洗治疗产后腰痛的效果优于单纯熏洗治疗,可明显缓解患者腰部疼痛症状,改善腰部功能,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the effect of chiropractic manipulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on postpartum patch.Methods:60 cases of postpartum low back pain were divided into study group and control group with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with acupoint patch of traditional Chinese medicine,while the study group was treated with chiropractic manipulation,followed by acupoint patch of traditional Chinese medicine for postpartum low back pain.The difference of pain VAS and JOA scores between the two groups before treatment,1 week after treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 3 weeks after treatment was observed,and the recurrence rate was followed up for 2 months after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05).After one week,two weeks and three weeks of treatment,the VAS score of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After one week,two weeks and three weeks of treatment,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in JOA score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 1,2 and 3 weeks of treatment,the JOA score of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 and 3 weeks of treatment,the JOA score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(93.3%)was higher than that of the control group(83.3%).The difference between the two groups was significant.The recurrence rate in the study group(6.7%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(26.7%)after 2 months of follow-up(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chiropractic manipulation combined with Miao medicine fumigation and washing is superior to traditional massage in the treatment of postpartum low back pain.It can significantly alleviate waist pain,improve waist function,and has a low recurrence rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
