摘要
中药治疗糖尿病足溃疡主要涉及Wnt、核转录因子红系2相关因子2(Nrf2)、PI3K/Akt、NF-κB信号通路、Notch、TGF-β/Smad及HIF-1α/VEGF信号通路。中药单体、复方及提取物等可通过调节相关信号通路,减少炎症因子释放,抗氧化应激,促进血管及肉芽组织新生,从而促进创面愈合。
TCM treatment for diabetic foot ulcers mainly involves Wnt,Nrf2,PI3K/Akt,NF-κB signaling pathway,Notch,TGF-β/Smad and HIF-1α/VEGF signaling pathway.TCM monomers,compounds and extracts can promote wound healing by regulating related signaling pathways,reducing the release of inflammatory factors,anti-oxidative stress,and promoting angiogenesis and granulation tissue regeneration.
