摘要
糖尿病足溃疡是糖尿病最为严重的常见并发症之一,临床治疗较难,不仅严重影响患者生活质量,而且给患者和家属带来极大的经济负担。病因复杂、发病机制不明确、伤口愈合缓慢是糖尿病足溃疡患者的主要特点,即使及时进行治疗,其临床治愈率也不令人满意。近年来随着医学技术的不断发展,越来越多的新的中西医治疗方法应用于临床,取得了一定的疗效。本文对糖尿病足溃疡的发病机制及中西医疗法进行阐述,为该并发症的防治提供更多参考。
Diabetic foot ulcer is one of the most serious and common complications of diabetes.The clinical treatment is difficult,which not only seriously affects the quality of life in diabetic foot ulcer patients,but also brings great economic burden to patients and their families.The etiology of diabetic foot ulcer is complex and its pathogenesis is still unclear.Slow wound healing is the main characteristic of diabetic foot ulcer patients.Even if timely treatment is carried out,the clinical cure rate is still at a low level.In recent years,with the continuous development of medical technology,more and more traditional Chinese and western medicine methods have been applied to the clinical treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.This review classifies the pathogenesis and Chinese and western medicine methods of treatment in diabetic foot ulcer,and provides a reference for its further prevention and treatment.
