新质生产力驱动下工业园区零碳转型技术路径研究

Research on the Technological Pathways for Zero-Carbon Transformation in Industrial Parks Driven by New Quality Productivity

摘要 中国正积极应对气候变化,推进“碳达峰”“碳中和”,探索摆脱传统经济增长方式,兼具高科技、高效能、高质量特征的发展路径。但是,工业园区作为经济引擎,面临着碳减排与转型的挑战。分析工业园区在资源利用效率、数据化基础和绿色低碳技术应用方面存在的问题,提出基于“源、荷、网、储”4个角度的零碳转型技术路径:(1)强化可再生能源供给,以及碳捕集、利用与封存技术(Carbon Capture,Utilization and Storage,CCUS)引入;(2)精细化能效管理与智能化升级;(3)跨系统协同合作,以及储能技术与虚拟储能的创新应用。旨在通过以上路径促进工业园区的零碳转型,推动经济社会的高质量发展,加速新质生产力对绿色转型的创新驱动作用。 China is proactively addressing climate change and advancing towards"carbon peak"and"carbon neutrality",and exploring a development path that breaks away from traditional economic growth methods and combines high-tech,high-efficiency,and high-quality characteristics.However,industrial parks,as economic engines,encounter significant challenges in terms of carbon reduction and transformation.This paper analyzes the problems existing in resource utilization efficiency,data foundation and green and low carbon technology application of industrial parks,and proposes a com-prehensive zero-carbon transformation path based on four dimensions of"source,load,net,storage":(1)Strengthening the supply of renewable energy and introducing Carbon Capture,Utilization and Storage(CCUS)technologies;(2)Refining energy efficiency management and intelligent upgradesing;(3)Fostering cross-system collaboration and innovative innovative applications of energy storage technology and virtual storage solutions.The aim is to facilitate the zero-carbon transition of industrial parks while promoting high-quality socio-economic development and accelerate the innovative role of new-quality productivity in driving green transformation.
