摘要
2022年6月,生态环境部等7部门联合印发《减污降碳协同增效实施方案》,对工业园区开展减污降碳协同增效提出了明确要求。为推动工业园区实现减污降碳协同增效,文章分析总结了工业园区减污降碳面临的挑战,并提出了全流程协同路径和对策建议。
In June 2022,the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and six other departments jointly issued the Implementation Plan for the Synergistic Effect of the Reduction of Pollution and Carbon Emissions,which put forward clear requirements for synergizing the reduction of pollution and carbon emissions in industrial parks.In order to promote industrial parks to synergize the reduction of pollution and carbon emissions,this paper analyzed and summarized the challenges faced by industrial parks in the reduction of pollution and carbon emissions,and put forward the whole-process synergetic path and the related countermeasures.
