摘要
BIM技术应用与智慧工地技术应用互为补充,旨在强化工程建设数字化转型的可持续发展。文章以北京市某大型综合体的智慧工地建设为载体,研究关于人、料、机等9项的落地应用,同时以BIM技术作为加持,增强智慧工地重点工程创新型建设,对项企数字化转型的应用进行总结与思考,为建筑工程数字化转型奠定基础。
The application of BIM technology and the application of smart construction site technology complement each other,aiming to strengthen the sustainable development of digital transformation of engineering construction.This paper takes the smart site construction of a large complex in Beijing as the carrier to study the application of 9 items such as people,materials and machines.At the same time,it uses BIM technology as the blessing to enhance the innovative construction of key projects of smart construction sites,summarize and think about the application of digital transformation of project and enterprises,and lay the foundation for the digital transformation of construction projects.
