                    在冬冷的农村地区探索了沼气供能发电耦合碳捕集降碳工艺,设计并建立了供电-供热-捕碳-利用系统。通过采集系统运行参数和对比作物收成与前些年的变化,对该体系供暖性能和作物增收性能进行了考核。结果表明,沼气发电-供暖-碳捕集-利用系统可以在农村稳定运行,设备运行情况良好。在室外温度-2~12℃之间波动变化时,室内温度在17.2~22.8℃范围内波动,湿度则处于43.7%~61.5%范围内,可以满足室内冬季采暖需求。项目碳利用措施实施后,当地大棚葡萄产量提升,每公顷较2022年第二茬增产3150 kg,可溶性固体含量由以往的17%以下,增至19.3%。本项目由于采用了胺基吸收剂,在运行过程中受到沼气尾气CO_(2)和余热的影响发生了一定量的降解,下一步将通过增加大棚供热,降低送至碳捕集系统的热量等方式,减少胺基吸收剂降解,为农村碳减排技术的发展提供技术支撑。
                
                In cold winter rural areas,a technology of biogas-powered electricity generation coupled with carbon capture was explored,and a power supply-heating-carbon capture-utilization system was established.By collecting system operating parameters and comparing crop yields with those in previous years,the performance of the system in heating and increasing crop yields was evaluated.The results showed that the biogas-powered electricity generation-heating-carbon capture-utilization system can operate stably in rural areas,and the equipment operates well.When the outdoor temperature fluctuates between-2~12℃,the indoor temperature fluctuates within the range of 17.2~22.8℃,and the humidity is within the range of 43.7%~61.5%,which can meet the indoor heating needs in winter.After the implementation of carbon utilization measures in the project,the local greenhouse grape production increased,with a yield increase of 3150 kg per hectare compared to the second crop in 2022,and the soluble solid content increased from less than 17%in the past to 19.3%.Due to the use of amine-based absorbents in this project,a certain amount of degradation occurred during operation under the influence of biogas exhaust CO_(2) and waste heat.The next step will be to reduce the degradation of amine-based absorbents by increasing greenhouse heating and reducing the heat sent to the carbon capture system,providing technical support for the development of rural carbon emission reduction technology.
