摘要
以生物质为能量来源构建了电-热-氢三联供协同CO_(2)捕集系统,该系统耦合了铁基载氧体化学链制氢(CLHG)、化学链燃烧(CLC)及燃气蒸汽联合循环(CCGT)等模块。基于铁基载氧体CLHG制取高纯氢气,利用铁基载氧体CLC实现CO_(2)内在分离与捕集,并借助燃气蒸汽联合循环发电供热。利用Aspen Plus软件对系统进行了建模计算,基准工况下系统的发电效率、供热效率和制氢效率分别为16.4%、36.2%和23.4%,而CO_(2)捕集效率达65.3%。考察了生物质气化温度、燃气轮机补燃温度、CLHG中Fe_(3)O_(4)循环流率、水蒸气流率以及CLC和CLHG模块中各反应器温度对系统发电效率、供热效率和制氢效率CO_(2)捕集效率的影响特性,结果表明该系统具有灵活的电-热-氢调控运行能力。
An electricity-heat-hydrogen integrated energy system with CO_(2)capture based on biomass gasification is established,and the system coupled Fe-based chemical looping hydrogen generation(CLHG),chemical looping combustion(CLC)and combined-cycle gas turbines(CCGT).CLHG can produce hydrogen of high purity,CLC can realize combustion with CO_(2)separation and capture,and the CCGT is used for power generation and heat supply.The system model is built and calculated with Aspen Plus software.The efficiency of power,heat,and hydrogen are 16.4%,36.2%and 23.4%,respectively,and the CO_(2)capture efficiency can reach 65.3%.Furthermore,the effects of biomass gasification temperature,supplementary firing temperature,Fe_(3)O_(4) recycle rate in CLHG,and the reactor temperature of CLC and CLHG on the efficiency of power,heat and hydrogen are investigated,which indicate that the supply of electricity-heat-hydrogen could be regulated flexibly.
