摘要
介绍了振动筛的工作原理,利用SAP2000软件分析了多组振动筛同时工作的框架振动影响。收集了以往的工程项目案例,将矿槽框架中的振动筛布置分类归纳成两类典型布置,对振动荷载、支撑梁跨度、支撑梁的高跨比进行分类,计算了不同跨高比的支撑梁振速,在矿槽框架设计时,可参考高跨数值进行设计,提出了动力荷载的取值以及荷载组合,保证了结构安全,并提高了设计效率,为类似的振动设备框架提供参考。
This article introduces the working principle of a vibrating screen and analyzes the impact of frame vibration when multiple sets of vibrating screens work simultaneously using SAP2000 software.We have collected past engineering project cases and classified the arrangement of vibrating screens in the mining tank frame into two typical types.We have classified the vibration load,support beam span,and height to span ratio of the support beam,calculated the vibration speed of the support beam with different span to height ratios.When designing the mining tank frame,we can refer to the high span values in this article for design,and proposed the values of dynamic loads and load combinations to ensure structural safety and improve design efficiency,similar vibration equipment frames can also be selected as a reference.
