摘要
张弦结构因其优越的受力特性和美感,已广泛应用于我国大跨度建筑领域。钢材为常见的上弦材料,而采用胶合木作为上弦材料的应用却较少。胶合木因其优越的防腐能力和较好的受力性能,在一些复杂的场景下具有优于钢材的特性。文章以洛阳某展示中心主入口人字形张弦木结构屋盖为实例,采用MIDAS Gen及SAP2000软件对结构进行受力、变形、防火性能、非线性屈曲分析,并针对该形态屋盖因拼接形成的半刚性节点进行分析计算,研究此张弦木结构屋盖的受力特点、性能和设计控制参数。分析结果表明:半刚性节点造成的拼接处抗弯刚度削弱对屋架上弦负弯矩有减小作用,对屋架其他构件内力影响不大;各榀屋架在屋面荷载相近时,受力形式更接近于各榀独立工作;文中采用的抗风配重构造措施能有效防止屋架拉锁松弛;结构的强度、变形、防火性能、稳定性均能满足要求。结合胶合木自身优越的防腐性能,表明在此类场景下张弦木结构具有良好的适用性。
Cable-supported structures has been widely used in the field of long-span buildings in China because of its superior mechanical characteristics and aesthetic feeling.Steel is the most common top chord material,while Glulam is rarely used as the top chord material.Glulam is superior to steel in some complex scenes because of its superior anti-corrosion ability and mechanical performance.Taking the Vshaped Glulam cable-supported structure at the main entrance of an exhibition center in Luoyang as an example,uses MIDAS Gen and SAP2000 software to analysis including stress,deformation,fire resistance and nonlinear buckling,and the semi-rigid joints are analyzed and calculated.Through these analyses,the mechanical characteristics,mechanical performance and major parameters of design of the roof are studied.The results show that the weakening of the bending stiffness caused by the semi-rigid joints can reduce the negative bending moment at the top chord of the roof truss,and has little effect on the internal forces of other members of the roof truss;When the roof load of each truss is similar,the working state is closer to that of each truss working independently;The wind resistant measures adopted in this paper can effectively prevent the relaxation of the latch;The strength,deformation,fire resistance and stability of the structure can meet the requirements.Combined with the superior anti-corrosion performance of glulam,it shows that the glulam cable-supported structure has good applicability in such scenes.
