摘要
目的探讨老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)护理中应用舒适护理对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年2月至2023年2月上饶市人民医院收治的80例CHF老年患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组施以常规护理模式,观察组在常规组的基础上施以舒适护理。患者观察时间为30 d,比较两组患者临床症状改善时间、护理依从性、生活质量及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组患者护理总依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床症状改善时间和水肿消失时间短于对照组,生活质量评分及护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年CHF患者运用舒适护理干预的效果显著,护理后患者的生活质量提高,缩短了患者临床症状消失所需的时间,有效改善患者的消极心理状态,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing on the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with CHF treated in Shangrao People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as research objects and they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received conventional nursing mode,and the observation group received comfort nursing on the basis of the conventional group.Patients were observed for 30 days.The improvement time of clinical symptoms,nursing compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the total nursing compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms and disappearance time of edema in observation group were shorter than those in control group,quality of life score and total nursing satisfaction were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comfort nursing intervention on elderly CHF patients is significant,the quality of life of patients after nursing is improved,the time required for patients to disappear clinical symptoms is shortened,and the negative psychological state of patients is effectively improved,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
