摘要
目的探讨依降钙素联合骨化三醇胶丸治疗对骨质疏松症(OP)患者骨相关血清标志物的影响。方法选取河南省洛阳正骨医院2022年1—12月收治的84例OP患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组(42例)与对照组(42例)。对照组接受骨化三醇软胶囊治疗,观察组接受依降钙素联合骨化三醇胶丸治疗,治疗3个月。观察两组临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后的血清相关骨代谢标志物水平及骨密度。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),血清骨钙素(OCN)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b(TRACP-5b)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、Ⅰ型胶原C末端肽(CTX)水平低于对照组(P<0.05),股骨颈值、腰椎L_(2~4)骨密度值大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依降钙素联合骨化三醇胶丸治疗OP效果确切,可有效调节骨代谢,减少骨吸收,促进骨形成,提高骨密度。
Objective To investigate the effect of calcitonin combined with calcitriol capsules on bone related serum markers in patients with osteoporosis(OP).Methods A total of 84 patients with osteoporosis admitted to Henan Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital from January to December 2022 were randomly divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received treatment with calcitriol soft capsules,while the observation group received treatment with calcitonin combined with calcitriol capsules for 3 months.The clinical efficacy of two groups were observed and the levels of serum related bone metabolism markers and bone density before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the visual analog scale(VAS)score was lower than that of control group(P<0.05),the levels of serum osteocalcin(OCN),tartrate resistant acid phosphatase 5b(TRACP-5b),bone specific alkaline phosphatase(BALP),and typeⅠcollagen C-terminal peptide(CTX)were lower than those of control group(P<0.05),and the femoral neck value and lumbar spine L_(2-4) bone density value were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of calcitonin and calcitriol capsules is effective in treating osteoporosis,regulating bone metabolism,reducing bone resorption,promoting bone formation,and increasing bone density.
