摘要
目的探讨固肾壮骨片对老年骨质疏松性脊椎骨折患者骨密度的影响.方法选取2020年6月—2022年3月梅州市第二中医医院收治的160例老年骨质疏松性脊椎骨折患者为研究对象,随机将其分为固肾壮骨组和补钙组,各80例.两组患者均行局麻微创椎体成形术骨水泥强化固定骨折,术后补钙组患者采用常规补钙及维生素D治疗,固肾壮骨组患者在补钙组的基础上加服固肾壮骨片治疗,比较两组术后骨密度、疼痛症状、功能情况及骨折愈合时间.结果固肾壮骨组术后12个月的骨密度为(0.85±0.14)g/cm^(2),大于补钙组的(0.78±0.11)g/cm^(2),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后6个月,两组疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于术前,且固肾壮骨组低于补钙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组日本骨科学会腰椎功能评分均高于术前,且固肾壮骨组高于补钙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).固肾壮骨组骨折愈合时间(1.75±0.45)月短于补钙组的(2.44±0.63)个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论固肾壮骨片应用于老年骨质疏松性脊椎骨折术后治疗,可有效提高患者骨密度,改善患者脊柱功能,缓解患者疼痛,有助于加快患者康复进程,提高预后生活质量,该治疗方案值得推广借鉴.
Objective To investigate the effect of solid kidney and strong bone tablets on bone density in elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral fracture.Methods 160 elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures admitted to the Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Meizhou City from June 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into 80 cases each in the kidney-strengthening group and the calcium-supplementation group.Patients in both groups underwent local anesthesia minimally invasive verteboplasty to strengthen and fix fractures with bone cement.Patients in the calcium supplement group were treated with conventional calcium and vitamin D after surgery,and patients in the Gushenzhuanggu group were treated with Gushenzhuanggu tablets on the basis of calcium supplement group.Postoperative bone mineral density,pain symptoms,functional status and fracture healing time of the two groups were compared.Results The BMD of Gushen Zhuanggu group at 12 months after operation was(0.85±0.14)g/cm^(2),which was greater than(0.78±0.11)g/cm^(2) of calcium supplement group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months after surgery,the pain Visual Analogue Scores in both groups were lower than those before surgery,and the Visual Analogue Scale of the solid kidney and bone group was lower than that of the calcium supplement group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Japanese Orthopedics Association lumbar function score of both groups were higher than those before surgery,and the kidney-strengthening bone group was higher than the calcium supplement group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture healing time of Gushen Zhuanggu group(1.75±0.45)months was shorter than(2.44±0.63)months of calcium supplement group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Solid Kidney Bone Tablet in the postoperative treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fractures in the elderly can effectively increase patients'bone density,improve their spinal function,relieve their pain,help speed up their recovery process and improve their prognosis of quality of life,and this treatment plan is worth promoting.
