摘要
人才培养的质量是检验高校一切工作的根本标准,教学质量评价是提高教学质量的重要手段,设置科学合理的教学质量评价体系对于提升高校师资队伍管理水平具有重要的现实意义。现从课程思政角度构建适用于应用型高校的教学质量评价指标,分别通过层次分析法、CRITIC法计算了各指标的主、客观权重,运用模糊综合评判法进行了教学质量评价,并以豫章师范学院物流教研室教师教学质量评价为例,对教研室各教师的教学质量进行了评价。
The quality of talent cultivation is the fundamental standard for assessing all university activities,and teaching quality evaluation is a crucial means to enhance teaching standards.Establishing a scientific and rational teaching quality evaluation system is of great practical significance for improving the management level of university faculty.This study constructs teaching quality evaluation indicators for applied universities from the perspective of"Curriculum Ideology and Politics,"calculates the subjective and objective weights of each indicator using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and CRITIC method,and conducts a teaching quality evaluation using an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Taking the Logistics Teaching and Research Department at YuZhang Normal University as an example,the study evaluates the teaching quality of its faculty members.
