摘要
为验证装配式钢板箱安全可靠,通过自动化监测手段对装配式钢板箱接收装置在盾构接收过程中所受水土压力、应力应变、接缝张开量变化情况进行监测与分析,结论表明:盾构机接近地连墙破洞而出的时间段内,各项监测数据均发生明显变化,而后趋于稳定;水土压力最大上升了10kPa,跨中平面高度侧墙中部处产生最大拉应力增量为5.5MPa,接缝张开量最大不超过0.1mm。
In order to verify the safety and reliability of the prefabricated steel boxes,automatic monitoring means are adopted to monitor and analyze the changes in water-soil pressure,stress and strain,and joint opening of the prefabricated steel box during the shield reception process.The results show that during the period when the shield tunneling machine approaches and breaks through the diaphragm wall,various monitored data first changes obviously,and then tend to be stabilized.The maximum increase in soil and water pressure is 10kPa.The maximum tensile stress increment in the middle of the side wall is 5.5MPa at the mid-span plane height,and the maximum joint opening does not exceed 0.1mm.
