摘要
超大盾构的到达施工作为盾构施工的重要环节,工艺复杂,风险巨大。以南京长江隧道为例,阐述洞前水泥搅拌桩加固、降水、冷冻及工作井内灌水(土)等综合施工措施,成功实施了浅覆盖、强透水地层条件下大直径泥水盾构机的接收,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
As one of the crucial procedures of shield boring, the arriving of shield machines with super-large diameters is complicated in technology and has great risks. Taking the arriving of the shield machine for Nanjing Yangtze River Tun- nel as an example, the author presents the comprehensive construction measures, including the portal section reinforce- ment by mixing piles, dewatering, freezing and water & soil filling in shield arriving shaft. The above measures guaran- tee the safe arriving of the super-large diameter slurry shield under the condition of shallow cover and highly permeable ground. This paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
