摘要
食用菌具有较高的食用价值和经济价值,在丰富人们的饮食种类、提高个人及家庭的健康水平、促进农业产业多样化等方面均展现出了较高的生产效益和环境效益,可以促进农民增产增收。然而,食用菌栽培受光照、温度、湿度等诸多外界环境因素影响,只有充分了解环境因素的影响机制,栽培者才能加大环境控制力度,改良菌株培育环境。基于此,文章旨在探讨环境因素影响食用菌生长发育及次生代谢物积累的具体机制,并结合食用菌生长发育的特点,提出相应的环境控制改善建议。
Edible fungi have high edible and economic value,and have good production and environmental benefits in enriching people’s dining-table diet,improving people’s physical health,and promoting agricultural industry diversification.They can promote farmers’production and income increase.The cultivation of edible fungi is influenced by various external factors such as light,temperature,humidity,etc.A full understanding of the impact mechanism of environmental factors can help growers increase environmental control efforts and achieve environmental improvement.The article explores the specific mechanisms by which environmental factors affect the growth and development of edible fungi,as well as the accumulation of secondary metabolites.Based on the growth and development characteristics of edible fungi,suggestions for improving environmental control are proposed.
