摘要
目的:观察窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆预防儿童龋齿的效果。方法:选取2020年4月—2022年3月江门市口腔医院接收的90例儿童为研究对象,随机分为3组,每组30例。窝沟封闭组应用窝沟封闭术治疗,氟保护漆组应用氟保护漆治疗,联合组应用窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆治疗。对比三组龋齿发生情况,窝沟封闭组与联合组封闭剂脱落情况。结果:治疗后12个月,三组龋齿发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后24个月,窝沟封闭组与氟保护漆组龋齿发生率高于联合组(P<0.05)。治疗后12个月,窝沟封闭组与联合组封闭剂总脱落率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后24个月,窝沟封闭组封闭剂总脱落率高于联合组(P<0.001)。结论:窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆预防儿童龋齿的效果显著,可降低龋齿发生率及封闭剂脱落率,推广可行性较高。
Objective:To observe the effect of pit and fissure sealant combined with fluoride varnish in preventing dental caries in children.Methods:A total of 90 children admitted to Jiangmen Stomatological Hospital from April 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into three groups,with 30 cases in each group.The pit and fissure sealant group received pit and fissure sealant treatment,the fluoride varnish group received fluoride varnish treatment,and the combination group received both pit and fissure sealant and fluoride varnish treatments.The incidence of dental caries in the three groups and the sealant retention rates in the pit and fissure sealant group and the combination group were compared.Results:At 12 months post-treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of dental caries among the three groups(P>0.05).At 24 months post-treatment,the incidence of dental caries in the pit and fissure sealant group and the fluoride varnish group was higher than that in the combination group(P<0.05).At 12 months post-treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the total sealant loss rate between the pit and fissure sealant group and the combination group(P>0.05).At 24 months post-treatment,the total sealant loss rate in the pit and fissure sealant group was higher than that in the combination group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The combination of pit and fissure sealant and fluoride varnish significantly prevents dental caries in children,reducing both the incidence of dental caries and the sealant loss rate,demonstrating high feasibility for promotion.
