摘要
预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)是一种复合型管材,由砂浆保护层、预应力钢丝、防渗钢筒和管芯混凝土组成,广泛应用在引水调水和供水工程。因此,对PCCP的耐久性影响因素进行总结分析具有重要意义。文章通过对大量相关文献的收集与总结归纳,总结了影响PCCP耐久性的4个主要因素及其机理,分别是化学侵蚀、制造缺陷、安装不当和运行状况不佳,其中化学侵蚀是影响PCCP耐久性的最主要因素。根据4个主要的影响因素,提出了提高PCCP耐久性的建议与展望,选择更合适的外加剂加入到混凝土中,阻挡或延缓酸性物质渗入的时间,研究寻找优化预应力钢丝结构的方法,使得其抗腐蚀和抗氢脆化的能力得到提高。同时,根据管道运行环境,对管道内外喷涂的表面涂层成分进行改进,从而提高耐久性。通过对影响PCCP耐久性因素的深入研究,能够为PCCP耐久性的研究提供理论基础和改进方向,具有现实意义。
Prestressed concrete cylinder pipe(PCCP)is a composite pipe material composed of a mortar protection layer,prestressed steel wire,an impermeable steel cylinder,and core concrete,widely used in water diversion,regulation,and supply engineering.Therefore,summarizing and analyzing the factors affecting the durability of PCCP is of significant importance.This study collects and summarizes a large body of literature,identifying four primary factors and their mechanisms affecting PCCP durability:chemical erosion,manufacturing defects,improper installation,and suboptimal operational conditions,with chemical erosion being the most critical.Based on these factors,recommendations are proposed to enhance PCCP durability,including selecting appropriate admixtures to delay the penetration of acidic substances,optimizing the structure of prestressed steel wires to improve their resistance to corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement,and modifying the surface coating components of pipes according to operational environments.In-depth research on the factors affecting PCCP durability provides a theoretical foundation and improvement direction for PCCP research,with practical implications for engineering applications.
