长距离大型埋地输水钢管道腐蚀原因分析 被引量:4

摘要 本文针对辽宁省大伙房水库输水工程埋地钢管腐蚀漏水情况,探查埋地输水钢管道腐蚀环境,分析影响钢管道腐蚀因素,并对可能引起钢管腐蚀的化学因素和物理因素进行检测试验,通过对管道周围环境介质水和土壤对钢结构腐蚀影响、杂散电流干扰影响、阴极保护状态检测等多方面综合分析,最终找到了影响钢管腐蚀的主要因素,即钢管与建筑物的接地和钢筋网处于焊接电连接状态造成电偶腐蚀。这个因素通常被忽略,现有的相关规范并未明确禁止钢管与建筑物接地的焊接连接。为保证输水钢管道的使用寿命和输水安全,今后在类似工程中应尽量避免将钢管与建筑物接地焊接连接。 The buried steel pipeline corrosion environment is investigated,the factors influencing the steel pipeline corrosion are analyzed,and the chemical and physical factors causing steel pipeline corrosion are tested in view of the of buried steel pipeline corrosion leakage situation in Liaoning Dahuofang Reservoir Water Conveyance Project.The influence of pipeline surrounding environment medium water and soil on steel structure corrosion,the influence of stray current interference,cathodic protection state detection and other aspects are comprehensively analyzed,thereby finally discovering the main factors influencing the steel corrosion,namely the grounding and steel fabric of the steel pipeline and the buildings is in the welding electric connection state,thereby causing galvanic corrosion.The factor is generally ignored.The welding connection of the steel pipeline and the building grounding is not clearly prohibited in existing related regulation.The welding connection of steel pipelines and building grounding should be avoided as far as possible in similar projects in the future.
