不同发育阶段杉木树皮伤口分泌物数量和成分的比较

摘要 【目的】探究不同发育阶段杉木树皮伤口分泌物数量和组成的差异,为揭示分泌物的作用和功能提供依据。【方法】以不同发育阶段杉木林分(幼龄林、中龄林、成熟林、过熟林)为研究对象,采用液相色谱—质谱(LC-MS)联用技术测定杉木树皮伤口分泌物化学成分,比较不同发育阶段杉木伤口分泌物数量和成分的差异。【结果】杉木树皮受伤后,不同发育阶段杉木伤口的分泌物数量存在显著差异(P<0.05),表现为过熟林>成熟林>中熟林>幼龄林。不同发育阶段杉木伤口分泌物的组成存在差异,利用LC-MS技术检测出306种代谢物,主要是萜烯类、有机酸和糖类物质,不同种代谢物数量总体表现为萜烯类>有机酸>糖类,中龄林、成熟林、过熟林的萜烯类化合物含量明显高于幼龄林。【结论】不同发育阶段杉木伤口的分泌物数量和成分存在差异,分泌物中不同物质相对含量总体上随杉木林龄的增加而增加。 【Objective】The differences on the quantity and composition of bark wound secretions from Chinese fir grown at different developmental stages were compared to provide a basis for revealing the role and function of secretions.【Method】The chemical com⁃position of bark wound secretions from Chinese fir at different developmental stages(young,middle⁃aged,mature and overmature forests)were determined and analyzed by liquid chromatography⁃mass spectrometry(LC⁃MS),and followed by the quantity and composition comparison.【Result】At different developmental stages of Chinese fir,the quantity of wound secretions after bark injury varied significantly(P<0.05),following the order of overmature forest>mature forest>middle⁃aged forest>young forest.A total of 306 metabolites were detected in the bark wound secretions from Chinese fir by LC⁃MS,mainly including terpenes,organic acids and carbohydrates with the order of terpenes>organic acids>sugars.And there were differences in their relative contents at different developmental stages, in which the terpenes content in middle⁃aged, mature and overmature forests were obviously higher than thatin young forests. 【Conclusion】There were differences in the quantity and composition of bark wound secretions from Chinese fir atdifferent developmental stages, and the relative contents of different substances in the secretions increased with the increase of Chi⁃nese fir stand age.
