摘要
                
                    目的:探讨MDT联合PBL在消化内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:选择消化内科住培轮转的180名住院医师作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组90名。对照组采用传统教学,试验组在传统教学模式的基础上联合MDT+PBL教学,比较两组的出科考核成绩及教学满意度。结果:两组理论知识和临床技能考核成绩无明显差异(P>0.05),试验组的综合病例分析考核成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MDT联合PBL有利于激发住院医师的学习兴趣,提高自主学习能力和病例综合分析诊治能力。
                
                Objective:To explore the application effect of MDT combined with PBL in standardized residency training in gastroenterology.Methods:180 residents undergoing gastroenterology residency training were randomly divided into an experimental group(n=90)and a control group(n=90).The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group received a combination of MDT and PBL.The final exam results and teaching satisfaction of both groups were compared.Results:There were no significant differences in theoretical knowledge and clinical skills scores between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the experimental group scored significantly higher in comprehensive case analysis(P<0.05)and had a higher teaching satisfaction compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of MDT and PBL enhances residents'interest in learning,promotes autonomous learning,and improves case analysis and clinical thinking abilities.
