摘要
目的:探讨住院医师规范化培训基地教学秘书岗位绩效考核的评价情况。方法:收集住培基地教学秘书岗位考核评分信息,采用均数与标准差描述数据特征,并使用Kruskal-Wallis H检验分析教学秘书岗位考核的差异。结果:教学秘书岗位绩效考核成绩总体较为理想,但不同科室秘书的考核成绩存在显著差异。结论:岗位绩效考核对规范教学秘书岗位职责和提升教学工作质量具有重要作用。
Objective:To explore the performance evaluation of teaching secretaries in standardized training bases for residents.Methods:Data on performance evaluations of teaching secretaries were collected,and mean and standard deviation were used to describe the data characteristics.The Kruskal-Wallis H test was applied to analyze differences in the performance evaluation of teaching secretaries.Results:The overall performance evaluation of teaching secretaries was satisfactory,but significant differences were observed between departments.Conclusion:Performance evaluation plays an important role in standardizing the responsibilities of teaching secretaries and improving the quality of teaching work.
