摘要
近年来,臭氧在医学领域的应用范围不断扩大,已广泛用于多种疾病的治疗。国内外学者对其治疗作用机制的研究也日益深入。生物体氧化与抗氧化失衡、组织器官缺血缺氧、病原体攻击以及炎症疼痛是多种疾病发生发展的重要病理机制。臭氧通过直接或间接作用途径,在调节生物氧化平衡、改善组织器官血氧灌注、杀灭病原微生物、抗炎镇痛等方面发挥重要作用。本文从上述角度出发,系统综述臭氧在医学领域的作用机制研究进展,以期为臭氧的临床应用拓展和基础医学研究提供理论参考。
In recent years,the application of ozone in the medical field has been continuously expanding,and it has been widely used in the treatment of various diseases.Scholars both domestically and internationally have been increasingly delving into the research of its therapeutic mechanisms.The imbalance between oxidation and antioxidation in organisms,ischemia and hypoxia in tissues and organs,pathogen invasion,as well as inflammatory pain are important pathological mechanisms underlying the development of various diseases.Ozone plays a crucial role in regulating biological oxidation balance,improving blood and oxygen perfusion in tissues and organs,eliminating pathogenic microorganisms,and providing anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects through direct or indirect pathways.This article systematically reviews the research progress on the mechanisms of ozone’s action in the medical field from the aforementioned perspectives,aiming to provide theoretical references for the expansion of clinical applications and basic medical research on ozone.
