摘要
临床检验诊断学专业研究生作为检验医师的人才储备力量,其科研能力关系到个人成长及整个检验医学学科的可持续发展。随着临床检验诊断学的快速发展、仪器设备的更新迭代和信息技术的日新月异,检验医学正向着信息化、自动化、临床化、精准化、系统化、标准化和智能化发展,导致临床检验诊断学专业研究生在科研能力方面锻炼的机会逐渐减少。从检验医师的个人发展来看,不仅需要具备优秀的临床实验室操作技能和专业知识,还需要强大的科研背景。目前影响临床检验诊断学专业研究生科研能力的主要因素有科研基础薄弱,文献检索、阅读及写作能力缺乏,科研的创新能力不足。文章就影响临床检验诊断学专业研究生科研能力的主要因素进行简单分析,并结合临床检验诊断学专业的特点,初步探索提升科研能力的建议。以期培养出具备独立承担科学研究能力的临床检验诊断学研究生,促进检验医学学科的持续发展。
Postgraduates in clinical laboratory diagnostics is work as the talent reserve strength of laboratory physician.The research capabilities of postgraduates are related to individual growth and the whole development of laboratory medicine.With the rapid development of clinical laboratory diagnostics,the update and iteration of instruments and equipment and the rapid development of information technology,laboratory medicine is developing towards informatization,automation,clinicalization,precision,systematization,standardization and intelligence,resulting in the gradual reduction of opportunities for graduate students in clinical laboratory diagnostics to exercise their scientific research ability.In terms of the personal development of laboratory physicians,they not only need to have excellent clinical laboratory operation skills and professional knowledge,but also need a strong scientific research background.Currently,the main influence factors on research capabilities of postgraduates include weak scientific research foundation,lack of literature search,reading and writing ability,the insufficience of the innovation ability of scientific research.This paper summarized and analyzed the main influence factors on research capabilities of postgraduates.In the meantime,combined with the characteristics of clinical laboratory diagnostics,this paper explored a few suggestions on improvement of research capabilities of postgraduates in clinical laboratory diagnostics.The purpose of the paper is discuss to how to cultivate clinical laboratory diagnostics postgraduates with independent research capability and promote the sustainable development of laboratory medicine discipline.
