摘要
医学研究生创新教育教学是现代教育的重要一环,是国家培养高层次医学人才的重要途径。在“双一流”背景下,培养具有交叉学科思维的高层次复合型医学人才已成为国内外医学研究生教育发展的必然趋势。该文介绍了“双一流”背景及医学研究生创新教育教学现状,从提升医学院校师资力量、完善医学研究生教育教学体系、提升医学研究生科研能力、强化医学研究生临床实践等方面探索了“双一流”背景下医学研究生创新教育教学模式构建路径。
Innovative education and teaching for medical graduate students is an important part of modern education and an important way for the country to cultivate high-level medical talents.Under the background of“Double First-Class”,cultivating high-level composite medical talents with interdisciplinary thinking has become an inevitable trend in the development of medical graduate education at home and abroad.The article introduces the background of“Double First-Class”and the current situation of innovative education and teaching for medical graduate students,aiming to improve the teaching staff of medical colleges and universities We have explored the construction path of innovative education and teaching models for medical graduate students under the background of“Double First-Class”in terms of improving the education and teaching system for medical graduate students,enhancing their research capabilities,and strengthening their clinical practice.
